The DDA Board of Directors meet the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at:

Special guests are asked to pre-register at the DDA Office or by contacting the Executive Director.

The DDA is controlled by Ordinance and Downtown Development Authority Act (Act 197, Public Acts of Michigan of 1975).  Members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the City (The Mayor).
